We read the enquiry
Someone goes through what you have sent, checks the postcode against our working area and looks at what the property is likely to need.

We contact you
Normally on the same working day if you sent it during working hours, or on the next working day otherwise. We will use the telephone number and email you gave us.

We agree the next step
That is usually a short conversation followed by an indicative proposal, and then a survey at the property. Nothing is charged and nothing is signed at any of those stages.
