Why we fit Sigenergy
SigenStor is designed as a complete home energy system rather than a battery added to an existing setup. The inverter and battery modules stack together, and a Sigenergy gateway manages what happens to every unit of electricity.
That gateway decides minute by minute whether generation goes to the house, the battery or the grid, instead of following a fixed schedule — which is what makes a large battery and a time-of-use tariff genuinely work together.
It suits households that want substantial storage and a system that manages itself.

The SIG-GATEWAY-SP-12K manages the array, battery, circuits and grid connection. The app shows generation, battery level, import and export.

10 years on battery and inverter
Manufacturer-backed, subject to the manufacturer’s usage limits, plus our own 6-year workmanship warranty. Full terms are in your written quotation.

Sigenergy questions we get asked
How big can a SigenStor battery be?
It is modular, so capacity is set by the number of battery modules. We size it from your usage and tariff at design stage.
What does the gateway do?
It manages the flow of electricity between the panels, battery, house and grid, deciding in real time where each unit goes.
Can I see what the system is doing?
Yes. The mySigen app shows live generation, daily and yearly totals, battery level, grid import and export, and household use.
