Lower Earley was built largely between the late 1970s and the early 1990s, and it is one of the most consistent housing areas we work in. Trussed roofs, concrete interlocking tiles, a membrane underneath, and roof planes that are simple rectangles with very little on them.
Technically these are among the easiest roofs in the Reading area, and layouts tend to come out close to what the roof area suggests rather than being eaten by hips and dormers.
