What affects the price in Chichester
The roof covering. Concrete interlocking tile is quick. Clay and natural slate are slower, because every fixing has to be placed properly and the material is easier to break.
The electrical installation. The age of the consumer unit, whether there is spare capacity and the earthing arrangement all matter, and they matter more once a battery or an EV charger is involved.
Where the equipment can live. A garage, plant room or utility with space next to the supply is the cheap answer. A long cable run to the only sensible position is a real line item.
Scaffold and access. Restricted frontages, awkward elevations and flat roofs all change the scaffold cost before a panel goes up.
All of it goes into a fixed quotation after the survey. If something is going to add cost, we would rather establish it beforehand than discover it on the day.
