What affects the price in Romsey
The roof covering. Concrete interlocking tile is quick. Clay and natural slate are slower, because every fixing has to be placed properly and the material is easier to break.
The electrical installation. The age of the consumer unit, whether there is spare capacity and the earthing arrangement all matter, and they matter more once a battery or an EV charger is involved.
